How much does post and packaging cost?

To find out how much shipping will cost to your location, simply add your item/s to the cart and select your country from the drop-down menu. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order total.

How long does delivery take?

UK: 2 - 3 days.

Europe: 5 - 10 days.

US and Canada: 5 - 14 days.

Rest of World: 10 - 21 days.

What is your returns / exchange policy?

Customer satisfaction is important to Dough. Any items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and unused.

If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to a review of the returned product.

Dough cannot take responsibility for return postage fees, unless you have been shipped the wrong size or item. In this unlikely case, you will be reimbursed for your return postage fee.

How should I care for my Dough product/s?

Wash inside-out at 30 degrees.
Hang dry to avoid shrinking or mis-shaping.
Do not tumble-dry.
Iron out flat and inside-out.
Do not iron over the print.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from your store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.
